Thorsten van Elten

This rug is developed following a study of surfaces and more specifically road and pavement surfaces around the world. This rug derives from the pavement surface detail on the Parisian sidewalks where the cars can cross. The soft subtle graphic grid detail translated perfectly into an rug which would allow for shape and size variation.



These rugs are produced in India to the highest quality, using 100% hand tufted wool, in collaboration with Thorsten van Elten and Christopher Farr London.
