Also falling within this first series of work, 'Cargo' table relies on highly skilled craftsmanship and specialist material finishes. The table top is aluminium honeycomb with a timber skin, painted and laminated to the aluminium as a top surface. Keeping the weight of the surface to a minimum allows weight to be applied to the central drum to balance the table.
